Terms.
Last updated 22 October 2026.
These are the terms for using Felt Reps: the website at feltreps.com and its drills. By using the drill you agree to them. They are written to be read; if anything is unclear, ask us (see "How to reach us").
Who we are
Felt Reps is run by Mooky Consulting Ltd., of 2150 Winston Park Drive, Unit 203 #1558, Oakville, ON L6H 5V1, Canada ("we" and "us"). You can reach us at contact@feltreps.com.
What Felt Reps is
Felt Reps is a study tool for live no-limit hold'em cash games. It deals you a spot, you pick an action, and it tells you whether that matches the play we recommend. It is not gambling. You cannot bet, deposit or win anything here, and nothing you do on the site pays out. The only money involved is the price of a subscription, if you choose one. Felt Reps is not a card room, not a casino and not affiliated with one.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, and old enough to make a binding contract where you live. By using Felt Reps you confirm that you are.
Using it with an account, and without one
You can start without signing up. The first time you open the drill, it starts an anonymous session in your browser. If you then sign up, with a link sent to your email, with Google or with Apple, that same session becomes your account and nothing you have done so far is lost.
Whoever can open your email, or your Google or Apple account, can sign in to your Felt Reps account, so keep those safe. An account is for one person. Do not share it.
If you sign in on another device, your account replaces the anonymous session in that browser. Answers given in that browser before you signed in stay with the anonymous session.
The free spots
The first 10 spots are free, with no account. With a free account you then get 3 spots a day, starting the day after you sign up. They come back at midnight in the time zone your device reported the first time you used the drill. A spot opened from a shared link never uses one.
Free spots are counted per account and per device, and there is a daily limit on free spots from one network. To keep this fair and to learn what works, we may change how many free spots there are, how they are counted, or where in the drill we ask you to sign up, and we may show different people different versions while we test. A change never takes back a spot already dealt.
Every player, subscribers included, has a limit on how many spots can be dealt in a minute and in a day. It is there to stop anyone copying the strategy out of the drill. Someone drilling normally will not meet it.
The free cheat sheets
With a free account you can also read the cheat sheets for your own game, its stakes and buy-in, up to a limited number of sheets a day. Your game is the one you open your first sheet in, and you can change it once a week. Like the free spots, the sheets come back at midnight in the time zone your device reported the first time you used the drill.
Free sheets are counted per account, and there is a daily limit on sheets from one network. To keep this fair and to learn what works, we may change how many free sheets there are, how they are counted, or which games they cover. Every player, subscribers included, also has a limit on how many sheets can be opened or printed in a minute and in a day. Someone studying normally will not meet it.
Subscriptions
A subscription gives you unlimited spots (within the limit above), cheat sheets for every game, Fix my leaks, Fill the gaps, and the full Accuracy and Coverage lists. Printable cheat sheets come with the yearly plan. There are three plans:
- Yearly: $79.99 a year.
- Monthly: $12.99 a month.
- Weekly: $4.99 a week.
Prices are in your local currency where we offer one (Canadian, US or Australian dollars, euros, pounds, Brazilian reais or Mexican pesos) and in US dollars everywhere else. In the United States and Canada, prices are before sales tax (GST/HST in Canada), which is added when you pay; everywhere else they include any sales tax or VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. Stripe takes the payment; we never see or keep your card number.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, and your card is charged then, until you cancel. Before each yearly renewal you get an email to remind you.
You can cancel at any time, from "Manage subscription" on your account screen. When you cancel, the plan does not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your account then goes back to the free spots.
If a payment fails, your access continues for a short time while the card is tried again. If it keeps failing, the subscription ends.
No refunds
We do not refund payments, in full or in part. That includes a period you started and did not finish, and a period you did not use. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current one. The one exception is a refund the law where you live gives you and does not let these terms take away. Then you get what the law gives you.
If you live in the EU or the UK: the law usually gives you 14 days to change your mind about a contract made online. For a digital service that starts straight away, you can give that right up. At checkout we ask you to agree that your subscription starts at once, and that once it has started you lose the right to cancel within 14 days for your money back. You cannot subscribe without agreeing, and you are free not to subscribe.
Price changes
We may change the price of a plan. If we do, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and it only applies from your first renewal after that email. If you don't want to pay it, cancel before that renewal.
Fair use
Use Felt Reps to study. Do not:
- copy, scrape or download the strategy, the spots or the answers in bulk, by hand or with a program;
- use bots, scripts or any other automation to deal or answer spots;
- share your account, or sell or give away access to it;
- take apart, reverse-engineer or try to rebuild the strategy from what the drill shows you;
- get around the free-spot limits, the rate limits, the sign-in check or any other protection;
- use Felt Reps to break the law, or the rules of a card room you play in.
If you do, we may limit, suspend or close your account (see "Ending your use").
What is ours
The solved strategy, the tables built from it, the written rules, the spots, the words and the design of Felt Reps belong to us or are licensed to us. Using Felt Reps, free or paid, gives you a personal right to use them to study, and no other right to them. Do not republish them, sell them or build anything from them.
Two things here are not ours to give away. The typefaces, Big Shoulders Display and Schibsted Grotesk, are used under the SIL Open Font License. And the site is built on open-source software, each piece under its own licence.
A training tool, not a promise
Answers come from solvers we wrote and run ourselves. Where our solvers have not solved a spot yet, the answer comes from rules we wrote by hand. Both are study material. They describe a way to play a simplified version of the game, and a real table is not the same: the stakes, the players and the rake in front of you may differ from the ones our solvers assumed. Answers can change as our solvers improve.
Poker is a game of chance as well as skill. Studying here does not promise you any result at a table, and you can lose money playing poker however well you have practised. Nothing on Felt Reps is gambling, financial or legal advice. Only play where poker is legal, and only with money you can afford to lose.
Disclaimers, and the limit of what we owe you
We work to keep Felt Reps accurate and running, but we provide it as it is and as available, without a promise that it is free of mistakes or always up, except for any promise the law does not let us leave out. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for money lost at a poker table, for lost profits, or for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using Felt Reps. As far as the law allows, the most we owe you for anything to do with Felt Reps is what you paid us in the 12 months before your claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep every right consumer law gives you.
Ending your use
You can stop using Felt Reps at any time. To delete your account and what we keep about you, use Delete account on your account screen in the drill, or email us (see "How to reach us"). Deleting your account ends your subscription at once, with no refund for the time left.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. If we ever shut Felt Reps down, we tell subscribers at least 30 days before and stop every renewal.
The law that applies, and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer who lives somewhere else, you also keep the protection of the laws where you live that cannot be set aside by agreement, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Before bringing any claim, please email us so we can try to put it right first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change matters to your subscription, we email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using Felt Reps after a change applies, the new terms apply to you.
